Device Condition Guidelines

- Functionality: The device, including its system software, is fully operational with no crashes or issues. It works as expected, without any malfunctions.
- Physical Condition: There are no major damages, such as water exposure, significant chips, or cracks on the screen or body.
- Battery Condition: The battery holds a charge well and remains in working condition, ensuring no quick draining or unexpected failure.
- Buttons and Ports: All buttons and ports function properly, with no faults or issues.
- Connectivity: The device easily connects and syncs with both Mac and PC systems.
- Wear and Tear: Light scuffs and minor scratches are acceptable but do not affect functionality.
- Engraved Devices: Please note that engraved devices will have 10% deducted from the payout amount.

- Engraved Devices: If the device has engraving, 10% will be deducted from the payout.

- Functionality: Parts of the device are non-functional, or there are software problems or malfunctions.
- Performance Issues: The device frequently freezes or crashes.
- Physical Damage: There may be pressure marks, liquid damage, or dead/stuck pixels on the screen. The touchscreen may not work.
- Component Failures: Charging ports, audio jacks, or scroll wheels (if applicable) do not work.
- Structural Damage: The device may have significant physical damage.
- Battery Condition: The battery does not hold a charge or drains quickly.
- Important Note: Devices missing components, or those that are bent, crushed, or broken, are not eligible for purchase.
- Engraved Devices: A 10% deduction will be made from the payout for engraved devices.
