Selling Process
After completing the online form, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Package your device securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
The evaluation process takes 2 to 3 business days from the time your device arrives at our warehouse.
If you disagree with our evaluation, please contact our support team to discuss possible options.
Evaluation and Payment
We assess your device based on several criteria, including functionality, physical condition, battery health, and component integrity.
Once you accept our offer, we will send the payment to the account details you provided within 24 hours.
Devices with engraving will receive a 10% deduction from the standard payout amount.
Security and Privacy
We use strict security measures to protect your personal information and ensure that all data on the device is erased before evaluation.
Before sending your device, please remove all iCloud accounts and personal data. We also verify and remove any remaining data during the evaluation process.
Environmental Responsibility
Selling your device helps reduce electronic waste, as we recycle and reuse materials, supporting sustainable development.
Your device will be recycled or reused to minimize environmental impact.
